Warranty Coverage

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.

What the Warranty Covers

Warranty service is provided only after verification of the defect.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by aggressive chewing, scratching, or biting

  • Improper use, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions

  • Accidental damage or modifications

  • Damage caused by pets exceeding the product’s intended size or strength

Pet toys are consumable items and may wear out over time depending on your pet’s behavior.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, please contact our customer support team and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

Claims submitted without sufficient information may experience processing delays.

Warranty Claim Review

Once your claim is received, our team will review the information provided. If approved, we will notify you of the resolution, including replacement or refund options.

Please allow 3–5 business days for claim review.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

If a warranty claim is approved, we may cover replacement shipping costs depending on the situation.

Shipping fees are not refundable for non-defective items or issues not covered by warranty.

Limitation of Warranty

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
The warranty does not extend to products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
